Due to Health issues, Mr. Dave Prowse is now unable to appear at Monster Comic Con on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th October 2017.

Mr. Dave Prowse widely known for playing the role of the most iconic sci-fi villain in cinematic history - Darth Vader. Dave Prowse has had a very long and extensive career in the movie industry. If you grew up in the U.K. in the 70’s and 80’s you would know Mr. Prowse for his presence as the Green Cross Code man in many public awareness adverts, campaigns and tour of schools up and down the country. We must not overlook other key credits Dave has accumulated over the last 50 years. Known for his athletic build and strong man performances Dave was cast because of his muscular physique and acting ability. It all begins with playing Frankenstein’s creature in the 1967 version of Ian Fleming’s Casino Royale, Hammer film productions of The Horror of Frankenstein, The Vampire Circus, Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell and the 1977 Monty Python inspired movie Jabberwocky. A Minotaur Monster role for Jon Pertwee’s reign as Doctor Who, The Tomorrow People, a creature in Gerry Anderson’s Space: 1999 and the Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy.  Dave Prowse was also regularly seen on many comedy shows working with Morecambe and Wise, Frankie Howerd, Marty Feldman, Kenneth Williams, Benny Hill, and The Two Ronnies.
